If you are applying for the post of Sub Inspector (BS-14) in Punjab Police through PPSC, one of the most important requirements is the Physical Measurement Certificate. This certificate verifies your height, chest (for males), and vision according to the prescribed standards. It must be issued on the official PPSC format by the Medical Superintendent of a DHQ Hospital, Services Hospital Lahore, or Police Line Hospital Lahore. Without this certificate, your application will not be considered complete.

- Candidates must get a Medical Certificate mentioning all physical measurements.
- It should be signed and stamped by the Medical Superintendent of one of the following:
- District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital
- Services Hospital, Lahore
- Police Line Hospital, Lahore
- The certificate must be issued on the PPSC prescribed format (available on the PPSC website).
- Government Tehsil Hospital or Private Hospital certificates will NOT be accepted.
- The certificate must include:
- Height
- Chest (for males, expanded & unexpanded)
- Vision (distant and near)
- Candidate’s picture
- Signature & Stamp of the Medical Superintendent
- Validity: The certificate is acceptable if issued within 3 months before the closing date (02 October 2025). Certificates issued after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Any certificate with cutting/overwriting will only be valid if countersigned and stamped by the MS before the closing date.
